Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy sets out the conditions under which Mavora Parlor accepts the return of tools and hardware and issues a refund. It is to be read together with the Terms of Service and is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Return Window

1.1. A return may be requested within ten (10) days of delivery.

1.2. Where an item arrives damaged, incomplete or defective, the fault must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, accompanied by an unedited video of the parcel being opened and photographs of the item and its packaging.

2. Conditions of Eligibility

An item qualifies for return only if it is unused, unsharpened and returned in its original packaging with all supplied accessories, manuals and fasteners intact. Signs of operational wear, cutting, drilling or modification render an item ineligible.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

3.1. Consumable accessories — drill bits, saw blades, abrasive discs and adhesives — once opened or used.

3.2. Items reported after the applicable window has elapsed.

3.3. Goods damaged through misuse, incorrect operation or normal wear following use.

4. Procedure

To initiate a return, contact the Grievance Officer with your order reference and the reason for return. Upon approval, return instructions are provided. Returned Goods are inspected upon receipt and eligibility is confirmed thereafter.

5. Refunds

5.1. Approved refunds are remitted to the original UPI identifier or to a nominated bank account within seven (7) working days of the completed inspection.

5.2. For orders paid by Cash on Delivery, the refund is processed to the bank or UPI details you furnish, as no card instrument is held.

6. Replacement

Where a defective or incorrect item is returned, a like-for-like replacement is dispatched at no additional cost, subject to availability. Where a replacement cannot be supplied, a full refund is issued in its place.

7. Shipping of Returns

For items that are defective, damaged in transit or dispatched in error, the return carriage is borne by the Store. Returns arising from a change of preference are arranged at the customer’s cost.
