Do you ship across India, and what does it cost?
Yes — we ship right across India, and shipping is free. Your order total at checkout is the total you pay.
A tool arrived damaged or isn't what I expected — what now?
Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. If it turned up damaged, faulty or not as described, we'll sort a replacement or refund — that's the deal.
