Payment Policy

This Payment Policy specifies the payment instruments accepted by Mavora Parlor and the terms attaching to each. All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (₹).

1. Accepted Methods

1.1. Unified Payments Interface (UPI): payment may be made through any UPI-enabled application against the identifier displayed at checkout.

1.2. Cash on Delivery (COD): payment in cash may be made to the delivery agent at the time of receipt.

1.3. No credit card, debit card or international payment instrument is accepted or processed.

2. Pricing

Displayed prices are inclusive of applicable charges. Shipping, where applicable, is governed by the Shipping Policy. The price payable is the price shown at the moment the Order is confirmed.

3. Cash on Delivery Conditions

COD is available for eligible pin codes and order values. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. Repeated refusal of COD consignments may result in COD being withdrawn for future Orders.

4. Payment Security

UPI payments are settled directly through your chosen application and its facilitator. The Store does not view, record or store your UPI PIN, bank credentials or card details at any stage.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

Where a UPI payment is debited but the Order is not confirmed, the amount is ordinarily reversed by the facilitator within the standard settlement period. Any duplicate charge confirmed on inspection is refunded to the originating UPI identifier within five (5) to seven (7) working days.

Grievance Redressal and Contact

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, the designated Grievance Officer of Mavora Parlor may be contacted through the channels set out below. Complaints are acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours and resolved within a reasonable period not exceeding one (1) month.
