Mavoraparlor ships to the United States and offers a 30 days return window on new, unused products. We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Who qualifies

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for only new, unused products in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use or damage are not eligible for return. Both defective and non-defective products are accepted.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: gift cards, final-sale items, custom or personalized products, and any items showing signs of use or damage.

Exchanges are accepted within the same 30 days window from delivery for new, unused products.

Method

Return Method

Returns are processed by mail only. Once the return request is approved, the prepaid return shipping label is emailed to the customer within 2 business days of approval. Evergrowkids LLC covers 100% of return shipping, and the customer never pays. There is no restocking fee.

How to start

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@mavoraparlor.shop with your order ID and reason for return within the 30 days window from delivery.
2. Expect a response within 1 business day.
3. Once approved, receive your RMA number and prepaid return label within 2 business days.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided prepaid label by mail.
5. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Refund

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD, within 5 business days after we receive the returned item and inspect it. Please note that your bank may add an additional 1–2 business days before the refund appears on your statement. The product price is refunded in full, with no restocking fee; the original outbound shipping fee is refundable only when the return is caused by an error on Evergrowkids LLC’s part (wrong, defective, or damaged item). Return shipping is always free via the prepaid label.
